1. What is the Neuf:41 warranty policy?

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on most of our products, if you run into any issue - please contact us at either info@neuf41.com or by sending us a text using the Chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of the site.

2. How do I apply the Ultra Glass Screen Protector?

3. Are there any delays due to COVID-19?

Yes, Due to COVID-19, many of our warehouses have been temporarily closed and/or are experiencing delays.  Our warehouses are fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and maintaining all safety protocols per the CDC direction which may delay shipments by a few business days.

4. How long does Neuf:41 take to ship?

Depending on delivery location, orders typically deliver within 5-7 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipment delays across all warehouses as fulfillment services are limited.

5. What method is used for shipping?

All US orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS ground and approximately take 5-7 business days to deliver. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location.

6. Why is my being delivered with separate shipments?

Due to COVID-19, many of our warehouses have been temporarily closed and/or are experiencing delays. In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, individual items may be routed to a facility that is open with the item in stock ready to ship.

7. Where is my Neuf:41 order(s)?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Once your items have shipped, you will receive all tracking information via email or SMS. If you haven’t received an email please check your spam folder. Please note that due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipment delays across all warehouses as fulfillment services are limited.

8. I am unhappy with my purchase, what are my options?

100% customer satisfaction is always our goal! Please contact us at either info@neuf41.com or by sending us a text using the Chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of the site and we will do all we can to resolve any issues with your order.

9. How do I change or cancel an order?

If you’re looking to cancel an order that means you visited our site and made a purchase, for that we want to say thank you! To cancel your order you can either:

i. Log-in to your account and navigate to the My Orders page, select the order you want to cancel and click cancel.

ii. Contact us at either info@neuf41.com or by sending us a text using the Chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of the site.

10. Am I able to use multiple discount codes at once?

We love a good bargain, however some of our coupons and promotions may not be eligible to be combined with one another. Please read the terms and conditions of each individual promo.
